6. Supervised professionals may discuss cases with colleagues, but your identity will remain confidential. This is part of the clinical supervision process to ensure the highest quality care.
7. Clients under the age of 18 do not have complete confidentiality from their parents.
8.Other exceptions to confidentiality may include the use of electronic communications and unusual situations where printed or digital materials may be unintentionally exposed (UNI ensures all materials are destroyed according to legal requirements).
