Since its inception, our institution has been licensed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kosovo and continues to operate under high standards of professional ethics.
Confidentiality, respect, and professionalism are the cornerstones of every interaction we have with our clients. By utilizing innovative approaches that focus on the unique needs of each individual, we are committed to preventing, assessing, and intervening in psychological issues that may be affecting you. License 1. Professionals may terminate treatment if payments are not made on time, if treatment guidelines (such as external consultations or avoiding dangerous behaviors) are not followed, or if an issue arises that is beyond the competence of the psychologist.
2. Clients are free to terminate treatment whenever they feel necessary. Not everyone benefits from psychotherapy and counseling, and the process can be emotionally challenging. Clients should be aware that psychological transformations may impact their relationships, and they might also need psychiatric consultations at certain points
3. Termination of treatment, whether initiated by the professional or the client, should be discussed and communicated in advance.
At the start of therapy, you will have the opportunity to openly discuss your concerns, while your therapist gets to know you better. This initial phase is essential for setting realistic goals, exploring new possibilities, and making thoughtful, sustainable decisions. Building a trusting, reciprocal relationship with your therapist is key to successful therapy. If at any point in the process you feel uncomfortable, it is crucial to speak openly with your therapist. Transparency ensures that your therapeutic experience will be productive and valuable.
